Looking to become a part of one of the fastest growing industries in the country? Our new adult use cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and packaging facility will be located in Lee, MA, where we will grow and manufacture cannabis goods such as flower, concentrates and a wide range of edibles. The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The individual will also ensure compliance with all HPC Corporate operating procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, and regulations in regards to finance and record-keeping. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Plan, lead and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
· Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and financial reports.
· Work directly with executive team and Board of Directors to uncover financial opportunities and efficiency improvements for business.
· Develop financial and tax strategies.
· Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
· Assist in formulating the company's future direction and support and monitor tactical initiatives that support the growth strategy.
· Develop performance measures and a management reporting platform that supports the company's strategic direction.
· Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
· Foster and maintain productive relationships with all members of the executive and management teams.

· Monitor and/or manage investment of available funds and other corporate assets.
