Job Summary:
You will be responsible for using independent judgement to best manage the overall sales process of any media related projects, marketing, and business development.
Duties:
- Build financial projections for film production tours based upon lists of equipment and service providers
- Prospect, qualify and close vendors for potential Canna Cribs production or other digital media services
- Appropriate hand off of all necessary information of the vendors being filmed to the Producer and Director of Canna Cribs
- Work with Business Development Representative to continue sales cycle from prospecting to closing vendors
- Identify vendors’ needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques
- Manage, organize and update contact database
- Coordinate with accounting department on the accounts receivable process for the sales team
- Maintain and update the sales team dashboard for each film tour
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits when applicable
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products and services
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections
- Train Business Development Representative(s) when applicable
- Stay abreast with online and industry marketing trends and competitors
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Work from home, with the ability to work out of office when needed, complying with remote policy requirements

- 6-8 years of professional sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field preferred
- Excellent phone presence

- Familiarity with the following software a plus: Quickbooks Online, Close CRM, Calendly, PandaDoc, Slack
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.)

Pay: $39,961.00 - $80,000.00 per year
