Job Description:

Caramor Administration team is seeking an ambitious Analyst who will assist in daily operation of the company. The Analyst is a key member of the Caramor team supporting data management, cannabis supply, manufacturing supply, purchasing, and problem resolution. This position is responsible for managing all vendor replenishment activities including planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all aspects of vendor purchasing to deliver in-stock and inventory objectives to achieve company inside and outside sales. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy is paramount. This self-starting individual will help document, develop, and improve internal processes to help our growing and collaborative team. - Establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities to include but not limited to supplier performance, fill rates, on-time delivery, supplier quality, order placement, buyer activity, and stocking Caramor dispensaries. - Partner with the organization’s management in the evaluation and selection of vendors as well as the negotiation of purchase contracts or service level agreements. - Evaluates and develops processes to streamline the purchasing function. - Report to management the measurable status of progress and corrective actions as it pertains to supplier and inventory performance. - Negotiate and execute with vendor, purchase order placement, item lead times, minimum orders, and all other facets related to purchasing product. Develop and negotiate corrective actions with non-performing vendors. - Coordinates activities and functions for the purpose of ensuring best practices in purchasing. - Analyze trends, delivering upon opportunities that provide efficiency
