The Retail Lead performs the same customer service duties as a Retail Associate, but also provides support to management, including assigning daily division of duties and resolving issues. Responsibilities & Duties Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service to customers and advises them on their unique needs and preferences Organizes daily division of duties for Associates to ensure floor is stocked and prepared for sale and that storefront is clean and organized to maintain brand standards Performs daily setup closing procedures including assignment of radios, creating daily schedule, stocking and closing registers, and allocating labor during high-volume periods; provides coverage to Associates during meal breaks Assists Retail Associates with resolving customer concerns and/or complaints using prescribed procedures, including de-escalation techniques when necessary Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday work Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements Physical Requirements
