This position is responsible for following our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This position is also responsible for cash-handling, inventory stocking, cleaning, reviewing and researching products and providing exceptional customer service. We only hire positive, reliable, hard-working team players that have a true passion for our products, the cannabis industry and enjoy serving customers! Responsibilities of the Cannabis Retail Specialists include but are not limited to: - Greeting customers with a smile, positive energy and listening to all customer questions and then answering with a thoughtful response and appropriate recommendations. - Advising customers by providing information on products and educational resources. - Helping customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Requirements: We prefer that applicants are consumers of cannabis, as job perks include reviewing samples and making recommendations. Cannabis Retail Specialists are required to have a thorough first-hand knowledge of all the products we sell. Minimum education requirement: We are looking for the right people for this role. High energy & enthusiasm for the products, cannabis industry, and our company is a MUST. The ideal candidate has complete open availability: Monday - Sunday, 7:45 am - 11:30 pm. Those with complete open availability will be given top priority consideration for the positions
