Cannabis Processor (FT)

- Pre-Roll & Packaging staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day. - Time management; employees must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products. - Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the environment is safe for all workers. - Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers. - Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible. - Analyzing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations. - Must be at least 21 years of age - High school diploma or GED preferred - Previous experience in the cannabis industry is highly recommended, but not required - Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others. - Ability to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality. - Must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals. - Consistently demonstrate integrity and honesty, reliability and dependability - Exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing marijuana. - Employees must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goal
