Our team of experienced physicians and knowledgeable staff are committed to providing Pensacola, Santa Rosa Beach, and Panama City residents with a medical marijuana resource for information and treatment on a wide variety of ailments, as well as compassion, dignity, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Kaya Life is looking for a Patient Support Specialists (PSS) to work collaboratively with our Practice Managers, Cannabis Advisors and physicians to support patients. Patient Support Specialists (PSS) are the interface between Kaya Life and those most important people to us, our patients. Their primary duty is to take care of patients over the phone and web! They work collaboratively with practice staff and physicians to support patients. They must ensure customer satisfaction and practice assistance by performing remote telephone and electronic web-based application utilization for patients who desire treatment with medical marijuana. They also follow up with patients who are overdue for recertification. Educate new patients regarding State of Florida and Kaya Life requirements on what is needed for initial consultation, follow up, recertifications, and state card renewal Contact patients overdue for their recertifications and maintain an organized running list of patients yet to recertify Run an OMMU report daily to identify patients' whom certifications have expired and contact them via call or text to inform them that their certification has expired and that they are in need of a recertification appointment
