Cannabis Manufacturing Manager

JOB Manufacturing and Operations Management for a Cannabis Brand. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing all manufacturing operations for Michigan satellite. This includes: Managing manufacturing and production of products with an acute attention to detail, manage other employees and ensure quality control across all manufacturing and packaging processes, hire and train new employees, organize excel spreadsheets, track inventory, organize HR and payroll documents, track stock and orders supplies, schedule appointments/conferences, simple pickups and drop offs, assists on special projects, use business applications software and peripheral equipment, research compile information and data for analysis. REQUIREMENTS College degree preferred but not required. At least 21 years of age. Strong desire to gain further understanding of the business operations and learn about a booming industry. Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work on a team. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Understanding of word/excel.
