Job Description:
This position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, Counterpoint & METRC. This position provides regular and timely communication with C&S, Analytics, Extractions, Kitchen, MIP Packaging and Distribution management as well as team members within those departments.

Counterpoint data entry & adjustments for MIPS products.

METRC data entry and adjustments for MIPS products.

Google Sheets data entry and adjustments for MIPS products.

Acceptance of METRC & Counterpoint manifests.
-
Combinations & conversions of packages within METRC/Counterpoint/Google Sheets.
-
Regular use of Google Sheets.
-
Assignment of production batch tags for product ready for testing.
-
Creating testing samples in Metrc.
-
Creating Child Packages for Compliant Distribution in Metrc & Counterpoint.
-
Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

Validate data provided from MIPS Production Teams.
-
Ensure company compliance with the MED regulations.
-
Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in Google Sheets, Counterpoint and METRC.
- Assist the C&S & MIPs teams as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Works under the direct supervision of the MIPS Analytics Manager, also takes direction from managers in the MIPS, C&S and Distribution departments.

This person does not supervise others.

Six months to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.

General knowledge of marijuana related products (concentrates, edibles & topicals).

One year to three years of data entry experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Job Requirements:

Prior experience working in METRC preferred.
-
Prior experience working in Counterpoint preferred.
-
Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
-
Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
-
Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.

General understanding of compliance and regulatory issues regarding medical and recreational marijuana.

Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Labor Marijuana Enforcement Division.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
