Job Description:

Garden Supervisors are responsible for assigned cultivation assistants, ensuring assigned rooms and plants are maintained according to company procedures, resulting in high-yield and high-quality harvests.
- Supervise team members and ensure the team performs tasks as assigned and is following company standard operating procedures related to the care and cultivation of plants
- Train and inspect employees on loading plants, pruning, health diagnosis, product application and harvest techniques according to company procedures
- Diagnose and report pest or disease issues with plants in assigned room
- Work alongside team members in assigned rooms to execute company prescribed maintenance schedules
- Cleaning and disinfecting harvested rooms for reloading
- Support upkeep and cleaning of mechanical systems
- Responsible for tracking team member attendance and reporting conduct related issues to management
- Complete weekly reports regarding assigned rooms
- Other duties as assigned
