Small farm in Clatskanie is looking for a full-time horticulture assistant with a positive attitude to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is not afraid to work hard and get their hands dirty. Must have a strong attention to detail as well as communicate well, follow directions effectively and work well with others. We pay above minimum wage and provide a stable and safe work environment. No horticulture experience necessary as we provide training, but some experience with plants is preferred.
