Cannabis Extraction Technician

The Cannabis Extraction Technician supports the preparation and execution of the extraction process. The Technician will assist in the formulation of approved cannabis products. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy and efficiency of the manufacturing processes. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Carrying out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies with FDA GMPs, OSHA regulations and company SOPs. Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed company’s specifications and customers’ expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to: Continually striving to improve company’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing QUALIFICATIONS · At least one to three years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction and formulating with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.
