Job Description:
- Oversee the distribution & fulfillment team: shipping, receiving and final packaging for sale.
- Oversee the entire order receipt to fulfillment process: receiving of goods, verification of accuracy, and inventory of received items.
- Maintain Distribution order and inventory management system (Kanha) in real-time
- Ensure orders are delivered in a timely fashion with the utmost accuracy across CA
- Maintain accurate data in METRC; sync orders with transfer manifests, accounting, sales, and inventory management
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure timely escalation of issues, and mitigation of customer grievances. Strong ability to foresee obstacles and course correct quickly, as required
- Develop and adhere to Distribution METRC SOPs in relation to the department and commercial cannabis activity in state of California in a lawful and compliant manner.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory of finished goods and pre-packaged inventory
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly inventory cycle counts (products, samples, packaging)
- Responsible for completion of cycle counts and physical inventories
- Reporting of inventory to responsible parties such as accounting and sales team.
- Leads internal efforts in the development and implementation of best practices throughout the distribution organization.
- Directs staff to support strategic customer service objectives; directs facility line-management to enhance team skills and competencies; establishes team performance objectives.
- Coordinates testing and release of product inventory in a compliant manner.
- Provide weekly reports on order fulfillment and inventory management
- Coordinate our in-house delivery drivers as well as our delivery partners
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lead through example, mentor, and train staff (including arranging training)

- Excellent organization, planning and coordination skills.
- Communicating with third party testing services as well as regulatory agencies
- Two (2) years’ experience in order fulfillment and distribution
- High level of proficiency using METRC for Cannabis Distribution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
