Three Trees: The Bay Area’s premier Cannabis delivery service is seeking motivated individuals to join our team!
We pride ourselves on carrying connoisseur quality products, providing friendly and efficient customer service, and building teams comprised of motivated professionals to set the bar in the delivery space.
Desired qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A clean driving record
- Ability to work well autonomously, and in teams
- Familiarity with cannabis products
- Proven ability to complete tasks as assigned, in an efficient manner
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Experience performing in a fast paced environment
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- A strong moral compass with a kind disposition
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a reliable vehicle with an active auto insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A valid driver license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a smart phone capable of running apps
- Must have access to email
- Must pass a background check
No experience required. A willingness to learn standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service is a huge plus! Our drivers report to work in Oakland and travel to their respective delivery zones daily. Reliable transportation is a must.
Compensation is competitive and DOE.
