SEVEN LEAVES is Hiring!!!
Cultivation Associate(s): You will be responsible for, planting, manicuring, cleaning and harvesting plants. You will be responsible for preparing and hanging dry/cure area, and helping others with weighing plants. You will be responsible for helping clean the grow rooms between harvests and planting. This is a farming position and requires willingness to do many aspects of the growing process. You will be trained and work along some very experienced growers and employees in the space.
We are looking to fill two positions.

Job Requirements.
Plant Experience preferred but not mandatory.

Harvesting Plants with efficacy
Performing weekly harvests, Lifting bins up to 30+lbs
Cutting and removing plants from the grow rooms, dry-rooms and trim room.
Harvest crew cleans the flower room (Sweep/Mop/Disinfect) etc.
Prepares the product for processing
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company and the cultivation department.
Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to cannabis cultivation.
Be able to adhere to cannabis laws, rules and regulations set forth by the state.
Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvest with other areas being taught as the employee shows interest while still maintaining their capabilities as a harvest technician.
Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is done mostly inside of a building.
May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
