Based in Colorado, the forefront of Cannabis legalization, Kanha Technology Solutions believes in building systems that begins and ends with our customer's needs. Our Cannabis Management System is used by top brands and operations across the country. We are seeking a rockstar software sales professional to join our growing Sales Team. Ideal candidates will have a track record of overachieving in selling technology-oriented, mid-market SaaS solutions. Strong candidates will have experience in the cannabis market, particularly the manufacturing segment. In this role you will be responsible for actively driving the full sales lifecycle - prospecting to closing - with a high level of autonomy. - The ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment - Familiarity with the cannabis manufacturing market, with strong contacts in the industry a huge plus - An appetite to succeed at a startup, who is resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by the dynamic environment of a growth-stage company - Strong listening, presentation, activity management, and communication skills - Experience with CRM systems and leveraging sales tools for success. - Effectively qualify prospect needs, stakeholders, decision process, implementation timeline, financial parameters, etc. - Regularly report on prospecting, pipeline generation and sales activities - Something about being competitive and “do whatever it takes” attitude to succeed. - Research accounts in depth, identify key targets and generate interest - Drive the full sales lifecycle - prospecting to closing - with a high level
