Job Description:

- Adopting a data and evidence-informed, intergenerational and multicultural approach to serve a markedly different demographic in 2035 than exists today. - Providing strategic communications to reach new audiences in ways that matter to them. - Evaluating and building evidence for the impact of our programmatic investments. - Provide technology business consulting and guidance for our bureau, including consultation and/or collaboration with other bureaus including Bureau of Technology Services (BTS) to determine other city solutions in use and feasibility for our bureau’s use cases - Manage bureau technology projects, both large and small - Conduct and/or contribute to end-user training and change management communications - Test, track and resolve systems issues, identifying opportunities for future enhancements and efficiencies - Contribute to the maintenance, operation, and development of Citywide or Bureau/Office specific systems An evaluation of each applicant's training and experience, as demonstrated in their resume and answers to the supplemental questions, weighted 100%. - Posting: 12/14/20 - 1/4/21 - Applications Reviewed: Week of 1/4/21 - Eligible List: Week of 1/11/21 - Selection Phase Begins: Tentatively the week of 1/18/21 - Your résumé and answers to the supplemental questions will be the basis for our evaluation of your qualifications for this position.
