- Manage territories, effectively allocating accounts amongst the sales team
- Ensure sure reps have an updated account contact list
- Implement CRM tool with account info and ensure sales rep accountability
- Work with reps to make sure they are physically present in each account a minimum of once every 2 weeks.
- Work closely with customers and attend meetings with key accounts to drive sales and build relationships
- Ensure sure reps have 100% product knowledge of distribution products and relevant competition
- Work with each sales rep to set individual sales goals and track progress

- Monitor menu needs to ensure it is full and balanced with all products of all variety (sativa, indica, hybrid)
- Communicate with processing/ manufacturing team and direct processing to meet sales demand
- Identify and create relevant business development, processing partnerships with farms and retailers
- Identify market shifts, trends, pricing and competition
- Identify the leading products while finding solutions on slow performers

- Make sure team has necessary marketing materials and promo swag while staying within budget and the law
- Set realistic forecasts and work with sales team and Sales Ops team to meet sales goals
- Manage Sales Operations; Brand Ambassadors and Fulfillment Drivers
- Monthly reporting on total dollars sold and number of active and potential accounts
- Track sampling efforts and ensure effective follow up to convert accounts

- 3+ years experience in a sales related field
- Multi-tasking, organization skills & attention to detail – important;
- Able to innovatively solve problems;
- Be a self starter and goal oriented;
- Possess Public Relations skills;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Proficient with excel
