We are looking for a few great individuals to join our growing call center. - Handling high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails from patients. - Schedule patients using EMR system (electronic medical record system). - Answer patient inquiries and educate patient's on all things medical cannabis. - Must be able to work in Frederick and arrive to work ON TIME. - Must be good with technology (I-phone, computers) and be proficient using them prior to starting the job. - Must be organized and have the patience, discipline and focus to do repetitive tasks well. - Must take pride in your job!
