As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this performs a variety of duties related to merchandise warehousing and order fulfillment. This role is specifically responsible for:
- developing leads via telephone and mass communications (ie. electronic mail, social media)
- building and cultivating relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communications with prospective customers in order to move opportunities through sales funnel
- prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and follow up on leads and appointment setting for Account Managers/Sales Team
- working with Sales managers to develop lead generation strategies
- actively seeking new customers through industry retail development plans
- researching and targeting prospective customers
- tracking prospective customers – identifying decision makers, timelines, specific qualifications; entering data accurately and consistently in CRM
- responding to inquiries (ie. social media, telephonic, electronic messages) relating to prospective customer relationships
- coordinating meetings with interested prospective customers and Account Managers
- supporting sales team re: business development
Job Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years experience of cold and hot calling

- ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
