Job Description:
Cannabis Dispensary in Santa Rosa, CA is looking for one budtender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
- Valid state or federal ID and be able to pass a criminal background check
- Open availability (our hours are 11am-6pm, 7 days a week; must be able to work weekends and holidays)( hours are temporary .)
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Able to display great customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Cannabis (Different types of cannabis/strains, measurements, concentrated products
- Professional, honest, and respectful attitude each and every day
- Willing to complete necessary tasks when instructed to do so with a positive outlook
- Has experience with METRC
- A firm understanding of California Marijuana policy and law
- Cannabis knowledge is required. Knowledge about the effects of THC and CBD
- Be passionate about helping others
- Must have strong communication skills
- The ability to endure long work hours with an optimistic attitude
- Absolutely must have patience, understanding and a willingness to teach and be taught

- Be accountable for accurately fulfilling and expediting orders

- Daily Duties including but not limited to; stocking, cleaning, organizing, labeling and smiling
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Sales experience: 2 years (required)
- Budtending experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Accurately complete transactions via POS system
