Budtenders at Kushman’s provide the best customer service in Washington by being knowledgeable of the products we carry and having a passion for the cannabis industry. Our budtenders are the face of Kushman’s and take ownership and pride in every customer interaction. We understand that good customer service starts with being fully compliant with all applicable laws and rules governing our industry, knowing that our first job is to check every ID before helping a customer. We elevate our service by providing a comfortable, clean atmosphere that is welcoming to all types of cannabis users. Responsibilities
- Check ID of every customer
- Deliver consistent, excellent customer service
- Offer knowledge and give recommendations by staying current with industry trends
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Help maintain a clean and functional sales floor
- Help maintain a well-stocked sales floor
- Help maintain accurate and fresh display cases
- Help maintain Clean shared spaces
- Sample new product and give feedback
- Stay up to date about cannabis research and laws
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- 21 years old+
- 1-year cannabis experience
- 6 months I-502 industry experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Knowledge of strains
- Knowledgeable to I-502 laws and rules
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
