As a Lumenary (Budtender), you are friendly, welcoming, outgoing and committed to providing premium customer care for our customers, who is excited to represent our variety of top shelf flower, concentrates and infused products. Job Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
Ability to perform to sales goals and team goals
3+ years of experience in a retail environment
2+ years of cannabis retail experience preferred
High School Diploma
