Job Description:

Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

Research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats

Brainstorm innovative growth strategies

Anticipate, communicate and develop strategies to minimize bottlenecks

Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Monitor market trends

Translate brand strategies into executable brand campaigns, positioning and marketing strategies

Analyze current marketplace brand positioning and to clearly define targeted consumers insights

Establish performance specifications, cost/price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns to assess against ROI and KPI goals

Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to inspire targeted population into “taking action”

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Keen knowledge of latest trends and marketing best practices
-
Experience with CRM software

Drive for results and leaderships skills

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

Keen knowledge of cannabis products and consumer marketing base

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
