Job Description:

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy - Research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats - Brainstorm innovative growth strategies - Anticipate, communicate and develop strategies to minimize bottlenecks - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions - Monitor market trends - Translate brand strategies into executable brand campaigns, positioning and marketing strategies - Analyze current marketplace brand positioning and to clearly define targeted consumers insights - Establish performance specifications, cost/price parameters, market applications and sales estimates - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns to assess against ROI and KPI goals - Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to inspire targeted population into “taking action” - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Keen knowledge of latest trends and marketing best practices - Experience with CRM software - Drive for results and leaderships skills - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Keen knowledge of cannabis products and consumer marketing base - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability - Highly creative with ability to think out of box - Ability to work with numbers, metrics and spreadsheet - Proven work experience as brand manager NOTE: Candidates that are offered a position are required to pass pre-employment
