The Pharm & Sunday Goods is looking for a Brand Marketing maven to build and execute our brand strategy in Arizona. The Brand Manager must have an aptitude for analysis, possess an inquiring mind and stay up to date with new and developing platforms, emerging trends and strategies within the mobile space. They have proficiency working with integrated marketing product teams, PR, media, partnerships, creative teams, sales and business development on go to market development and brand campaign launch. The Brand Manager is strategic and is able to thrive in an environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and innovation. Job Requirements:

self-motivated and reliable. - Passionate about the brand experience with an obsession for attention to detail and flawless execution. - Strategic Development / Customer Insights: Support with the development of key brand strategies, including brand positioning, brand narrative and overall brand strategy. You will need to develop a thorough understanding of who our customers are and how to meet them where they are. - Brand Campaign Management: Lead development of go to market strategy and execute integrated brand specific marketing campaigns that span multiple channels, including paid media, web, social, CRM, search, etc. that drive commercial results and drive target conversion, working in conjunction with your marketing and sales teams. - Communications Calendar: help build the yearly communications calendar and execute day-to-day content planning, copywriting, and deployment. - Social Media/Community Management: Own our social media channels and community + influencer functions. Responsible for creating engaging and on-brand content as well as deployment and reporting. - Brand Analytics: Leverage data science to formulate powerful human insights that will inform and assist with brand positioning and marketing campaigns. Report on campaign performance and initiate timely recommendations for optimization. - Own a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, content creation, and performance optimization to drive growth and traffic to our digital platforms. - Establish CRM program requirements and segmentation strategy. - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. - Help manage the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely. - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. - 5+ years consumer product marketing, brand marketing or strategic marketing.
