Barback/Busser

- Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables. - Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing. - Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes immediately, and remove empty bottles and trash. - Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance. - Re-stocking work areas to support the bartenders. - Running drinks to tables for our guests. - Washing and maintaining bar glassware. - Accurately pouring beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted. - Fill beverage and ice dispensers. Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs. - Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas and other areas of the bar. - Wipe tables and seats with sanitizing cloths, and replace dirty tablecloths. - Garnish foods/drinks, and position them on tables to make them visible and accessible. - Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks. - Cutting garnishes for bar use. - Must be a minimum of 21 years old. - Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required. - Customer service focused and solution-oriented. - Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. - Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our restaurant needs.
