Job Description:
- Work within a team to develop and deploy marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and create comprehensive reporting, including sales data.
- Write and test copy to conduct A/B and multivariate tests for conversion rate optimization.
- Conduct interviews with industry professionals and independent sources to create original content in the form of white papers, client testimonial videos, educational materials, sales collateral, and downloadable assets.
- Coordinate across teams, communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to key stakeholders in product, sales, creative, and when working with agency partners
- Conducting market research to analyze competitive landscape and market trends.
- Maintain keen attention to detail regarding brand standards, grammar, and punctuation as they pertain to individual channels.
- 1-2 years relevant marketing coordinator and/or project/relationship management experience, ideally in B2B tech, or cannabis.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot or Marketo, and Salesforce a plus.
- Testing mindset: comfortable collecting, reading, and analyzing data. Research-oriented and adept at factual reporting while providing hypothesis, insights, and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including project management and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn/scale knowledge quickly in order to gain perspective within a complex industry, providing channel or market subject matter expertise during campaign planning.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle various responsibilities at once.
