Job Description:
We need an assistant operations manager who can help manage 3 cultivation facilities located in Pueblo West, CO all within 1/2 mile from one another.
The following requirements are an absolute must:
- MED Badge
- 5+ years cannabis management experience
- Proficient in METRC
- Able to hold daily meetings with entire staff and assign responsibilities
- General Mechanical and Cultivation experience
- Knowledge of accounting and quickbooks
- Able to lead trim and cultivation teams
- Work with retail staff occasionally on inventory items and METRC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,800.00 - $52,000.00 per year
