Apex Cannabis has an opening for Assistant Manager position at Apex Plaza on Division. This role requires 2-5 years of managerial, leadership and/or coaching experience. In collaboration with the Shop Manager, the Assistant Manager role is responsible to oversee all shop operations including: Manage and lead the staff in accordance with the Apex Principles & Priorities Maintenance of our safety standards for staff & customers Compliance with Liquor and Cannabis Board rules and regulations Compliance with Washington State laws and regulations Employee training Staff education, coaching, management Scheduling shop staff Customer service / satisfaction Proper merchandising and organization Shop appearance and cleanliness Compliance with company policies / procedures Communication with controller & IT department Communication/collaboration with principals Process orders Inventory management Job Type: Full-time Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Experience: - Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: - One location Work Remotely: - No
