Job Description:
- Assist the Director of Operations with operations-related and construction-related projects to achieve all projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Develop a deep understanding of the multi-tiered manufacturing operation and associated processes.
- Constantly look for operational and financial efficiencies in construction projects, including but not limited to vendor management.
- Assist with management of budgets and of timeline to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Participate in weekly department meetings and present recommended methods of improvement to key decision-makers.
- Comfortable working with COO and taking direction on projects, including pivoting as necessary given time and operational constraints.
- Assist the Director of Operations with taking projects from concept to reality, including vetting ideas/concepts and subjecting those ideas/concepts to scrutiny prior to initiating projects.
- Carefully evaluate all options for projects (whether vendors, construction materials, locations) and present well-organized reports to the team prior to initiating projects.
- Able to negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Able to read and understand blueprints and other construction modeling.
- Assist with managing all projects including but not limited to: risk management, creation and management of schedules and budgets, procurement assistance, and reporting back to relevant parties.
- Foster efficient & productive inter-company communication through the utilization of project charters and assembling of proper teams.
- Vet materials, methods and equipment by working with teammates, vendors and other third-party resources.
- Work cross-functionally as needed with various teams including but not limited to finance, regulatory and retail.

Job Requirements:
5+ years experience working as a Project Manager in a professional environment.
- Ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Excellent business judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, in a collegial, fast-paced team environment.
- Resourceful, Detail-oriented, Task-driven, Organized.
- Proficient in building & managing comprehensive MS Excel Tables and reports.
- Some background in managing budget and finances and/or construction a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills essential.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills at all organizational levels essential.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proven track record of creating sustainable solutions required.
