Northern Fire has a small dedicated staff and we are looking to add one more full-time position. Assistant Cannabis Cultivators perform all cultivation tasks in every stage of growth. Job Responsibilities: Work as a team on all cultivation stages Work as a team to harvest and prepare plants for the drying and curing process including removing fan leaves, moving/hanging of plants, and cleaning work area Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to state compliance, security protocols, sanitation protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedules Requirements: Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Work Location: One location
