Job Description:
- Seeding, transplanting, harvesting packing crops
- Mixing fertilizer
- Daily scouting and remediation of pests through biological methods (non-toxic chemicals)
- Maintain USDA Harmonized GAP Plus+ standards and trace-ability records
- Mon-Fri and short weekend overtime hours.
- On call hours/pay 24/7 to avert potential crop loss.
- Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and team environment
