Job Description:

A resume does not replace application work history.* - Edits time punches and sends missing punch reports to department manager - Reviews and approves timesheets bi-weekly. - Processes TOR's and enters them into Optimum. - Reviews applicant resumes, schedules interviews. - Updates daily all shared sheets including, team rosters and R and I sheet. - Prepares proofs and edits documents, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as directed ensuring accuracy and meeting all established deadlines. - Tracks and records weekly sales - Performs lotting and transfer of flower using company systems - Tracks flower lots and transfers for applicable areas - Prepares and updates payment tracker for flower transfers - Updates and maintains product conversions, lab testing, and applicable spreadsheets to ensure accurate information. - Answers and direct phone calls, take messages, and fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions directed toward management. - Prepares, coordinates and organizes meetings as required to include room reservations, notification to members, and distribution of meeting materials and minutes. - Delivers items to be filed to office managers/ building managers including but not limited to new hire paperwork, time off request sheets, work order requests, billing statements, packing slips etc. - Provides high quality customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment. - Establishes and maintains a filing system, sorts and directs mail, and maintains an accurate calendar for department leadership. - Performs Extraction Packaging Technician duties as needed. - Assists with Research & Development projects as
