Jane is building the future of eCommerce.
Jane Technologies, Inc. is looking for a passionate, personable, creative, and entrepreneurial Account Manager to help grow and shape our burgeoning Digital Merchandising business. This is a revolutionary new performance marketing solution that allows brands to promote their products on the top of dispensary menus, only when their products are in stock. This program is still in its early stages, so this new hire will play a vital role in crafting what this business unit will look like.
This will be a hybrid sales/account management position, responsible for closing deals and managing those relationships from that point forward. When fully scaled up, Account Managers will be expected to manage 100 - 150 brand accounts.
This role will be fully remote, but will never operate in a silo. We are a tight knit team with daily stand-ups, and we offer incredible resources, tools, training, and support/coaching as needed.

Job Requirements:
with partners on understanding their brand's story, goals, and existing media strategy to craft a Digital Merchandising strategy and recommendation
- Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
- Deliver against assigned quota; prioritize and deliver outstanding customer business experience to Jane's brand partners
- Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Jane products.
- Communicate with brands proactively, via phone and email.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing and Product teams to communicate and help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support and collateral
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
- Team player
- Ability to work remotely
