We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in The Bay Area, CA who embraces the Wyld culture.   This role can be based in other key geographies within NorCal as it will involve frequent travel throughout the region, i.e. Sacramento, CA.   Duties and Responsibilities Manage Key Accounts within the region Manage regional sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls Meets and exceeds monthly sales quota Setting individual market sales targets with Sales team Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary Oversee the activities and performance of the Sales team Support ongoing training and development of your salespeople Call on prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer/supplier relationship Assist with contract negotiations Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers Ensures Account Receivables are at acceptable levels for region Working with multiple departments; finance, marketing, production, and inventory on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution   Marketing Events: Attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities Educating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing products Assists with the planning of sales exhibits Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs   Sales Data Analysis: Analyze product
