Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
As a member of the trim team you will be primarily responsible for trimming dry cannabis plants to assure the greatest possible quality of product and appearance is achieved in preparation for distribution
You will:
Effectively trim dry cannabis using trimming scissors
Accurately weigh and record trim weights
Maintain and clean trim room work space
Maintain the quality of the plant
Communicate well with your supervisor and team to ensure an efficient and productive environment
Perform other job duties as necessary
Job Requirements:
Your experience and skills include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to trim 80g per hour
Ability to use scissors for fine trimming 8 hours per day
Ability to use hands for repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours per day
Ability and willingness to work in an environment with exposure to pollen and allergens
