Direct the strategy, development and creation of current and future analytics tools and methods.
Deliver state level, market, and key account insights based on data analytics that influence AGDC strategy and execution.
Provide strategic direction for the development of measurement and monitoring tools to provide insights on the effectiveness of trade programs, product promotions, business enhancements funds, and assortment opportunities, etc. across the operating companies and multiple brand plan initiatives.
Lead and develop a team of over 30 analysts and managers, including 4 direct reports.
Collaborate with senior partners across the enterprise, including Trade Marketing, Brand, Sales Analytics and Sales
Infrastructure to provide data driven insights and recommendations. Identify, test and implement new analytic tools, methodologies, data needs and processes across AGDC FSF.
You will deliver insights and engage and influence cross-functionally by providing strategic data insights at macro and micro levels (e.g. state, zip, geo-specific).
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Applied Mathematics preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales analytics role, preferable in CPG.
Prior organizational leadership experience preferred.
A consistent record of developing creative and effective analysis to identify business opportunities and translate complex findings into actionable insights.
Experience in leading teams in broad based analytic roles.
Experience in leading and using agile project management principles.
Strong strategic and analytical thinker with proven capabilities of in-depth data analysis (IRI, retail data).
