Cova is looking for a talented and driven Vice President of Sales to join our team. Someone with a management background that can create and execute sales strategy to gain market share in Cova’s targeted markets. You would be and integral part of a senior and fast-moving leadership team, responsible for sales and revenue. With a mission of improving and extending our reach through multiple sales channels across North America’s rapidly developing legal cannabis industry. As we continue to grow faster than any of our peers ever had, this role will add to our existing momentum in the market.
Purpose of Role
Manage the Direct Sales Team, Sales Results and Top line Revenue
Explore and expand sales channels to include: inside sales, seminar sales, telephone sales
Enhance and fortify Sales Training
Contribute market and competitive information to the Lead

Enterprise Sales – managed RFP’s, engaged internal groups to assist and support sales efforts.
Strategic planning – through understanding of the market, the competitors, development and positioning of the product and financial considerations, forecasting not only sales and revenue, but what can be applied to create plans.
Utilization of CRM – experience in utilizing and managing a sales organization by tracking activity, communications and effectiveness through performance monitoring.
