Exhibit strong work ethic Greet all patients with exceptional customer service skills including an outgoing manner including a positive and warm welcome Demonstrate ability of solid computer skills with office programs Ability to check-in patients with computer Process new patient paperwork, data entry and update patient files Interact with patients onsite as well as over the phone Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby area Know and understand all medical marijuana and products offered Know and understand applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

Job Requirements:

21 or over Pass background check Possess strong communication and time management skills Be customer satisfaction-oriented Possess strong attention to detail and mathematical skills Sales skills Be reliable and honest, and always on-time Have personal transportation Be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed; work flexible hours, be available and willing to cover shifts High school diploma
