Job Description:
IPM Technicians perform “hands on” duties in the production facility, interacting with all growth phases. The IPM Tech will ensure that all plants are attended to with correct treatment for all growth phases, ensuring product quality and safety. The IPM Tech is an integral part of plant health, ensuring customer satisfaction. This individual is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

Essential Duties
Application and Procedures
Apply pesticide treatments in a safe, effective, and compliant manner to all phases of growth.
Maintain constant up-to-date understanding of product labels, safety data sheets, and use rates.
Must be able to operate spray equipment.
Must perform regular maintenance on all equipment.
Must be able to maintain pace with the rest of the crew.
Must work in a focused, quick, and efficient manner.
Must be a team player, assist other employees to complete tasks.
Must follow all instructions as directed by the supervisor and manager of IPM.
Ability to read and implement required SOPs.
Perform regular cleaning duties as needed throughout the facility.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience
One to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
Six months to one year of experience in the Farm preferred.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
Knowledge and understanding of all products utilized in the department.
Each new IPM Team Member will go through a minimum 30-day training period to build and strengthen their skills.
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, MED.
