Job Description:

LivWell Enlightened Health, Colorado’s fastest growing cannabis retailer, is seeking a creative and energized Graphic Designer or Art Director to support a wide-range of marketing activities. You will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director to develop the graphic design and art direction of retail programs, advertising, social media content and in-store signage.
Job Requirements:
Collaborate with Retail, Wholesale and Faded merchandise departments to deliver marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy
Create images that identify a product or convey a message using layout principles and esthetic design concepts
Develop graphics for new products, logos and websites under the Creative Director’s direction
Select colors, images, text style, and layout while abiding to the corporate style guide
Work with Production Artist to maintain and produce required signage for both retail and compliance needs
Work with Creative Director on new designs and identities for the company across all platforms and media
Contribute to owned media content creation, aggregation, distribution and promotion
Collaborate on creation of content for each social media channel
Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
In conjunction with the Creative Director, oversee website design and general upkeep
Manage asset development, content uploads, page creation, and maintain overall website presence in conjunction with the Social Media Manager
Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting creative leadership to help facilitate additional and/or supplemental work as needed
Supervision
Works under the general supervision of the Director of Creative Services
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
A minimum of three to eight years experience working in marketing, advertising or creative services with primary responsibility for graphic design and/or art direction
Knowledge of various computer systems and applications, especially the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, or similar photo manipulation software
Experience in basic HTML and CSS
Shopifying experience a plus
Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division.
